Personal data handled through this site and through an M2 Casino account. In Malaysia that processing is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Collected

What the Form Asks For, and What Follows

• At registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email, credentials.
• At verification — identification and proof of address, where confirmation is required of us.
• Through the cashier — sums moved, positions taken, returns and the instrument used.
• In the background — device, browser, rough location and pages requested, to keep the session protected.
• Through support — whatever is sent to an agent.

Purpose

The Reasons It Is Held

Operating the account and resolving bets. Executing deposits and payouts. Confirming age and identity. Discharging anti-money-laundering and retention duties. Spotting fraud and unauthorised access. Handling support. Plus promotional contact, but only where that has been agreed, and revocable at any point with no effect on the account.

Recipients

Where It Travels

To payment processors, identity-confirmation providers, the studios whose titles are in play, and the infrastructure firms that host and protect the service. It is never traded. Recipients beyond Malaysia receive it only under the protections the statute sets out.

Retention

For How Long

Account and cashier records last as long as financial and gambling retention duties require, which continues after closure. Contact preferences last until changed. Anything needed for neither is erased.

Rights

What You May Demand

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010: sight of the data held on you, correction of anything inaccurate, revocation of a consent already given, and an end to processing for promotional contact. Requests travel through the support routes on the contact page.
