Scope

When This Starts Applying

From the moment registration completes, between the account holder and the operator of M2 Casino, and for as long as the account remains open. Carrying on using it is how the terms and any notified revision are accepted.

Qualifying and Registering

• Twenty-one or over, registering under your own identity with truthful details.
• Lawful for you to do. Betting here is restricted by statute and Syariah duties attach to Muslim citizens; that determination sits with you.
• One registration per person. Extra ones may be shut and any resulting advantage unwound.

Offers Claimed Before Funding

Every campaign brings conditions that travel with it and take precedence over this page. In general: a turnover requirement clears before bonus money can leave, categories count toward it at differing rates, a stake ceiling operates while the bonus is live, and unused bonus funds expire.

While playing

Conduct That Ends an Account

Coordinated play, automation, working a defect rather than declaring it, and reversing a completed payment. Balances traceable to any of them can be removed. Declaring a defect promptly is an entirely different matter.

At withdrawal

Verification and Payment Routes

Proof of identity, age, address or instrument ownership may be requested, and a first payout is the usual trigger. Money must have come from an instrument in your own name and returns the same way where possible. Cashier limits and timings apply as displayed.

Endings

Closure, Suspension and Revision

Close the account when you choose and withdraw whatever has settled. We may suspend or end one for breach, or where an obligation leaves no alternative. Revisions of substance reach you through the account.

Disputes

Putting Something Right

Use the routes on the contact page, quoting the date, the sum and the identifier for the round or payment. The provider's own payment identifier resolves the majority of cashier disagreements unaided.
